We don't claim what isn't built. We show what's enforced today, what's in progress, and what we're not claiming yet.

What We Enforce Today

  • Age 13+ enforced server-side
  • 13–17 accounts are restricted until parental consent is available
  • Terms/EULA acceptance is required (and re-required on version changes)
  • In-app "Your Data" dashboard (shows key account data + agreements accepted)
  • In-app reporting exists
  • Suspensions include a reason + appeal path
  • Account deletion is available in-app

What We're Building Now

  • "Download My Data" button in the app (backend already supports export)
  • Privacy controls in settings (location/marketing/analytics choices made visible)
  • Clearer moderation transparency inside the app

What We Don't Claim Yet

  • "Bot-free" or CAPTCHA-level verification
  • Full public moderation transparency reports
  • Chronological feed / full feed controls
  • "Perfect privacy" beyond what's enforced today

If a policy statement and the product ever differ, the product behavior controls until we ship the update.
