End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a contract between you ("you" or "User") and Back Channel Inc. ("Back Channel," "we," or "us") governing your use of our mobile application and services.

1. Acceptance

By installing or using Back Channel, you agree to this Agreement. If you don't agree, don't use the App.

2. License to Use

We give you a limited, personal, revocable license to use Back Channel. You may not copy, sell, or modify it without permission.

3. What You Can't Do

• No reverse engineering, decompiling, or tampering
• No automated scripts, bots, or fake engagement
• No harmful, abusive, or deceptive use

4. Your Content

You own what you post. But you give us permission to display, store, and share it as needed to run the platform.

5. One Account Only

Each person may have one account only. Fake or duplicate accounts will be suspended. You must use your own identity.

6. Visibility and Integrity

Comments, likes, and interactions are public by design. This keeps the platform honest. Don't expect anonymity if you're harmful.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these rules. You'll usually get a reason and a chance to appeal.

8. Updates

We may change this EULA. If it's important, we'll notify you and require confirmation in the app.

9. No Guarantees

We provide the App "as is." We're not responsible for outages, lost content, or damages caused by your use.

10. Indemnity

You agree to protect Back Channel from claims or damages caused by your misuse of the platform.

11. Legal Jurisdiction

This Agreement follows California law. Disputes will be handled in Los Angeles County courts.
